Fees & Rebates

We aim to provide clear and transparent information about fees, so you can make informed decisions about your care.

SESSION FEES

Details about payment methods and cancellation policies will be provided as part of the intake process.

Psychology Sessions

with Amanda Sturrock

Standard Psychology Session
60 minutes | $220
Extended/Intake Psychology Session
90 minutes | $300
Intake sessions are 90 minutes, and clients may opt for longer sessions on occasion or regularly.)

Counselling Sessions

with Rhiannon Lewis / Braden Short

Standard Counselling Session
60 minutes | $130
Extended Counselling Session
90 minutes | $195

Parent Consultations

with Amanda Sturrock / Rhiannon Lewis

Parent Education Session (without the child present)
60 minutes | $220
90 minutes | $300
These sessions are for either parent or both, without the child present.

REBATES

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates may be available for sessions with a Registered Psychologist where a valid referral is in place.
A Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP is required.
Partial rebates apply for up to ten (10) sessions per calendar year. Gap fees apply.

Private Health Rebates

Some private health funds offer rebates for face-to-face psychology and counselling services, depending on your level of cover.
Report writing (for screening) is generally not covered.
Please check directly with your private health care provider for details specific to your policy.

Other Support Pathways

We work with a range of clients, including NDIS participants (where appropriate), Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and individuals accessing services privately.
We also offer supervision for industrial and school chaplains.
If you are unsure what may apply to you, we can provide general guidance during the enquiry process.

ADHD AND AUTISM SCREENING

Screening fees vary depending on age, complexity, and whether a referral may be required.

We offer the option to begin with an initial session before committing to a full screening process.

If you proceed, you will receive:

A clear outline of the process
A breakdown of fees, and
Information about any applicable rebates.

There is no obligation to continue beyond an initial session.
