Our current referral process


After receiving your booking request, you will receive an email from us regarding the intake process. 

 

We allocate appointments in the order that we receive the completed intake form, so we encourage you to check your junk/spam folders in case the email ends up there.  

 

Note: wait times for appointments vary depending on the service and/or practitioner requested.
